This is an original Ooh La La design. It is cut and sewn in New Orleans to the client's measurements. Custom color is included.
Bias crepe column, fully lined. Halo: two layers of organza on millinery wire, set to a standing collar at the nape. Crystal mesh over the bodice only. Straps 1/4 inch. Hem weighted.
