How we make it
Cut a clean ivory mermaid as the body. Build the cloud separately: ostrich sewn onto organza ruffles, mounted to a waist stay, so the client can walk. Crown is a wired form of white ostrich, density at the center. Bridal white. Same bench as a masking crown, drained of color.
