How we make it
Block a mermaid with 2-inch ease through hip, flare from knee. Shoulder wings: double organza, wired along the outer edge, set into the strap seam. Sequins are applied on mesh, lined in charmeuse. CB invisible zip, hook-and-eye. Train 18 inches, knife-pleated into the CB seam.
