This is an original Ooh La La design. It is cut and sewn in New Orleans to the client's measurements. Custom color is included.
How we make it
Crepe column, scoop neck. Cape is four layers of organza, cut as a wing from shoulder to hem, set into the shoulder seam and a nape stay. Edges rolled, never serged. Snap-out option at the shoulder for dancing.
