Gold mirrored-glass gown, structural chain, cathedral train. The top of the house.
The Palais — gold, pearl, or bead, built in New Orleans. Chain is part of the dress. Custom color is included.
How we make it
Cut gold glass and gilt mirror into tesserae and armor the gown until the cloth disappears. Each piece is a looking-glass, not a rhinestone. Build a gold chain harness into the bones — shoulder, waist, hip, train — not jewelry, scaffolding. One sculptural sleeve, one side of the corset left readable. Train is a cathedral of gold glass, weighted with chain so it falls in lanes. This is the first look of The Palais, and the highest.
